Legal Release and Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By accessing and using this real estate contract platform ("Platform"), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Legal Release and Liability Waiver ("Release"). I understand that this Release is a legally binding document that affects my legal rights.

2. Understanding of Service

I understand that this Platform provides:

• Digital contract templates and generation services
• Electronic signature capabilities
• Document storage and management
• Real estate transaction facilitation tools

I acknowledge that the Platform is a technology service provider and is not a law firm, real estate brokerage, or legal advisor.

3. No Legal Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: I expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Platform does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services
• No attorney-client relationship is created between me and the Platform
• Contract templates are provided for informational purposes only
• I am responsible for ensuring the legal validity and appropriateness of any contracts I create or sign
• I should consult with qualified legal professionals for legal advice specific to my situation

4. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using this Platform, including but not limited to:

• Risks related to the legal validity of contracts generated through the Platform
• Risks associated with electronic signatures and digital transactions
• Risks related to data security, privacy, and confidentiality
• Risks of technical failures, system outages, or data loss
• Risks related to real estate transactions and market conditions
• Risks of financial loss or legal liability

5. Release of Claims

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or relating to:

• My use of the Platform and its services
• Any contracts, agreements, or documents created or signed through the Platform
• Any real estate transactions facilitated through the Platform
• Any technical failures, system outages, or data loss
• Any legal, financial, or other consequences of using the Platform
• Any advice, information, or recommendations provided by the Platform

6. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• My use of the Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• My breach of any terms of service or user agreements
• My negligent or intentional acts or omissions
• Any contracts or transactions I enter into using the Platform
• Any misrepresentation or fraud on my part

7. Limitation of Liability

I acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Emotional distress or mental anguish
• Property damage or personal injury
• Any damages arising from real estate transactions

The total liability of the Released Parties, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by me for the use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Electronic Signature Consent

I consent to conduct transactions electronically and acknowledge that:

• Electronic signatures are legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures
• I have the authority to sign documents on behalf of the party I represent
• I understand the legal consequences of electronic signatures
• I can access and retain electronic copies of documents

9. Data and Privacy

I acknowledge and agree that:

• My personal and transaction data may be stored and processed by the Platform
• I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of my information as described in the Privacy Policy
• I am responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of my account credentials
• I will notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized access to my account

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Release shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Release is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Entire Agreement

This Release constitutes the entire agreement between me and the Platform regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
